This is where it all starts. We believe all leaders and teams can benefit from self awareness through a variety of psychometric assessments including LSI 360 degree feedback or DISC Advanced. Starting with self awareness or team awareness, allows us to accelerate growth and engagement because there is no guessing in what the areas of opportunity there are.

A coaching program typically follows the assessment we recommend between 4-6 coaching sessions to have maximum impact.

We offer courses and material in emotional intelligence which is a critical skill for leaders in creating a psychologically safe team. Psychological safety and emotional intelligence are critical to mitigate any psychosocial hazards you may have in your business. We also provide training on Psychosocial Risks and Hazards and show you how to minimise the hazards and have a more engaging workplace.
